Finally have completed a unit
. Some nice Brunswick Oels from Capitan. All survived my tender ministrations quite well. link The unit advances past an abandoned farm house. link The worldy Feldwebel, Marek Grottipfaz makes sure there is no time wasting under the orange trees. link A close up of the young Kapitan Hans Pickelgruber as he leads the company through the twilight to find a safe billet. link and a group shot of the company with the lengthening shadows of the unseen pencil pines
and the realisation that photos show details not seen
like badly placed bases. :) |

Great work, and I particularly like the attention paid to the scenic elements. Who makes the house? I had to pick up some of the Capitan Oels as well when they came out, but unfortunately they're still languishing unpainted, but extremely nice figures I thought. David |

Lovely, and at least 10% prettier from an adherent of Ubuntu. |

Very cool!. I still have my Oels in the to do pile. They are very nice figures, though a touch larger than I would prefer. Somewhere else on TMP I described them as being Perry-ish in size but have changed my opinion in that regard. They do match up well against Victrix French. Regardless, I am very happy with my purchase. |

Yeh mike would agree slightly larger than Perry-ish but only slightly – though that plumed shako adds to it I think. to use a phrase
