Paul – putting that money away would have made you rich, but I prefer your figure skills, so I am glad that you did the hobby a favour and spent your pocket money – as did so many of us  Sadly, I doubt many of the current generations will be following our lead, despite the wonderful selection of figures now available. |

Lovely retrospective! I had a lot of similar Napoleonics all painted in gloss and unvarnished! I never went as far as converting though, that was a bit beyond me as a youth

Agreed Bill, but for ease of access I love the current ranges available. That is why it is so tragic that the youth of today have moved on – great choices, but no interest, unlike our youth. |
