Nice!

I really like them. Are the standards fixed on steel or brass rods, or are they cast together with the miniatures?

Very nice indeed!

Toyotomi Hidetsugu's standard and the sashimono of your hatamoto #3 are the same thing. These are 'gohei'. Poles decorated with shide (zigzagging paper streamers) used in Shinto rituals.

This is how the actual standard or sashimono may look like:

Well done on how you've sculpted this intricate part.

What you've done for Hideyoshi's 'kagemusha' was something I had also planned on. Including a version with a golden horo. Much later I was able to get photos of one of the armour with a clear shot of the back of the armour. This particular one did not have attachments to hold a sashimono or horo. As armour that was also supposed to be a Hideyoshi 'decoy', Hideyoshi would not be wearing a sashimono anyway. Instead it had an agemaki bow in the back.

I don't have photos of the other identical copies, so I can't say the others also don't have sashimono holders.

Nice choice for Hideyoshi's armour. In one Taiga drama, I think it was 'Dokugan Ryu'. I remember a scene of an unarmoured Date Masamune presenting himself to Toyotomi Hideyoshi who was wearing that particular armour with the kabuto on display stand behind Hideyoshi.

Again, very well done.

thanks evalerio, i have since found out about gohei thanks for the link though.

with regard the kagemusha, i also though about horo but settled on that sashimono from the scrolls i thought i could double him as a courier, but i confess i have not seen the back of the armours in question.

regarding hideyoshies armour, i picked that one because most people use the sunburst helmet one, but i think this one looks better with its extravigant kabuto and with fabric under bare metal armour. but not many companies have made hideyoshi anyway.

cheers
