so having asked and looked around i have failed to find any good one. forcing me to learn to sculpt 15mm and make my own, any tips or thoughts or show of interest greatly helpful:)

A trick I learned when sculpting is to add a lot of kit and interesting clothing to sculpts. not only does it add character to your miniature, it's actually easier to sculpt than a lot of anatomy :)

Worth having a look at Pendrakens 10mm ratmen figures. They are large and would do well for 15mm. And would give you a basic frame to work from.

only those 5, and they all look like they would be leading their squads..lol. ofcourse could use those for a base to go off of but got some ideas for the rats

I'll second the Mega Minis Goth Rat Young. Originally sculpted as juveniles for 25mm-28mm, they work well as adults in 15mm.

Blasted Planet does 15mm Varmint Heads, perfect for conversions. I couldn't find a photo online, but here's their website: blastedplanets.com

Been all over the Blasted Planet website: it doesn't say what scale their stuff is!

Anyone know?

My mistake, I believe Blasted Planet figs are closer to true-25mms, but on the small side. Probably worth e-mailing them for some dimensions on the heads, though, just to make sure.
