Are there any mounted crossbowmen which could be used alongside the Baccus 6mm Wars of the Roses range for a mainland European army? Regards |

The easiest way would be to keepon bugging eter to add some to the range I am sure they would be popular but may take a while to get them. Irregular has some mounted hand gunners and other light cavalry that could be converted but their basing and style would make them stand out in a Baccus Army. Heroics and Ros do some, but IMO again, at 5mm they are too small to mix with Baccus One suggestion depending on your conversion abilities would be to buy both foot crossbow and mounted Light cavalry from Baccus . Cut off the top half of the rider and replace him with a suitable foot torso. An easier way would be to cut away the spears carried by the cavalry and replace it with crossbow made from bits of wire. The beauty of 6mm is that the cost of the figure allows you t mix and match and the size allows you to get a goood representation with a little work |

Thanks very much Mapleleaf, I shall have a think about whether pestering Peter or trying out a bit of conversion work is the way ahead! Regards |
