Would the perry mercenaries boxed set be reasonable representations for the English at Flodden? Does anyone else have good recommendations for 28mm miniatures to represent the English at flodden?

WotR types with bill and bow will do for much of the English army at Flodden. There are more early "Tudorish" looking troops; including those from the fleet.

Have a look at Dixon Miniatures (Scots + English) and Reiver Castings (Scots).

Thanks. How about for mounted troops, would the perrys work?

Hi again. I hope my response was of some help.

I'm in the last stages of doing my Flodden Scots. A friend is doing the English. No mtd for the Scots. The Scots are Pike, Highlanders and artillery. The English have Mtd but they were Borderers, not heavily armoured cav.

How about perry mounted for Henry's invasion of france?

I would think Borderer English horse would look just like scottish horse.
