Thought you all might like to see the print for the Columbiad Heavy Lift Drone, the heavy ground battle element of the Atlantic Alliance. This will be part of our 20mm 21st-22nd century line. Its opposite number, the Pacific Rim Combine's Eight-Dragons Heavy Lift Drone, is about to be printed.

The port electric cannon is missing from the Columbiad's turret because the printer forgot to print it, but I should be getting the replacement soon, then it's off to be cast. The hover base is right behind the Columbiad's hull.

Beautiful.

It looks really clean, not grainy like some prints. Nice design.

amazing… looks like a render!

can't wait to pick up a few.

Gorgeous… I'll take, all of them.
Well, as many as my paycheck allows. Can we get some scale shots please? Maybe against your Corsair suits, some 15mm figs/armour and some 6mm? That'd be grand.

+1 for a comparative pics.

Looks great

I'd like to call for actual measurements first, comparison pix second.

wouldn't a size comparison with a 20mm miniature be more appropriate… ;)

Splod8919 Apr 2013 8:13 a.m. PST

Well, yes. But he doesn't have any 20mm figs yet, and it's a bit rich asking for shots with another manufacturer's miniatures.

I thought it was a comparison pic with a copy of an Osprey Campaigns Series…even if you don't have a Battle of Pavia you should be able to tell its size…

;-)

That's correct, the models are being made to be fully compatible with the Osprey Campaign series. grin

Jon, (Jedi hand wavey thingy) you will get these out to the buying public immediately grin

(Speaking from huge Dark Helmet helm)

I will get them out to the public when the printer finally sends me the missing part and the caster gets me the castings and the painter gets me a paintup.

Surely Eli you are now all too familiar with the long, sometimes tortured path a product takes from idea to sales? wink
