High heels must be in fashion this year on the north side of the DMZ.

Do you think The Dear Leader designed these uniforms too?

What practical, and stylish footwear.

I notice bellbottoms are back in fashion too.

Finally, those caps make them look taller. No doubt, those will be catching on worldwide, soon.

You could use this figure, but it'd be a shame to cover up those stunning legs, and torso with a lot of greenstuff:

Hey and while we're talking about NorK fashion, how about the bling on these generals uniforms.

Some models of these guys to accompany this model from Hasslefree and his high heeled female escorts.

Holy Moley, that's a lot of bling for a bunch of generals that haven't really done much of anything for the past 50 years…

What are those stars, Good Conduct Medals?

morrigan16 Apr 2013 2:41 p.m. PST

I keep waiting for them to start doing it gangnam style.

coopman16 Apr 2013 2:57 p.m. PST

Those generals must all have compressed vertebrae in their backs from wearing those 75 pound coats around.

Pattus Magnus16 Apr 2013 2:58 p.m. PST

A return to scale-mail body armour, by the look of it… to reflect the capitalist mind-control lasers, maybe?

Seriously though, those pics must have been photo-shopped to add most of the medals, even NK leaders can't be that far removed from reality, can they?

Mobius16 Apr 2013 3:45 p.m. PST

One big magnet and the front rank is done for.

Tango India Mike16 Apr 2013 4:04 p.m. PST

Like they ran out of space on their tunics. Had to start on their trousers….
Pattus Magnus, yes it is tweaked but the original is not much better…

3rd fellow in appears to have a medal hanging from his….well…..

GROSSMAN16 Apr 2013 4:17 p.m. PST

You know you are giving out too many medals when they have to start putting them on their pants. OMFG

skippy000116 Apr 2013 4:19 p.m. PST

Aim points for Anti-Materiel Rifles.

Apparently, being a general in NK, is a dangerous job.

I can see that, given the precedent "Uncle Joe" set, back in Russia, in the day.

Might just work at deflecting a bullet, from a rival, or disgruntled, hungry infantryman.

I saw a guy on the other night whose belt buckel saved him from a bullet, so it does work.

Those are local scouting leaders. I recognize the one in the 3rd row from the top on the right side, is a fire starter button, or is it "I built a nuke today" button? That is a tough one to get in the Boy Scouts.

They are wearing a Full Dress Brigantine Jack.

dmebust16 Apr 2013 6:23 p.m. PST

Ok but -1 to your movement in open ground and -2 in rough ground.

GROSSMAN16 Apr 2013 6:31 p.m. PST

Looks like something Michael Jackson would wear.
@dmebust I think it would be a d-4 move rate.

Sparker16 Apr 2013 7:02 p.m. PST

Bleeped texted if I'm ever going to wear full dress in NK –
I'd look a right war-dodger with my 2 choccie coins…

Caesar16 Apr 2013 7:19 p.m. PST

It is so they jingle. Can't sneak up on Fearless Leader that way.

I need North Korean Soldiers in High Heels

Don't we all…

Mako1116 Apr 2013 8:31 p.m. PST

Perhaps its time to invest in some magnetically tipped, micro-missiles, or sniper bullets, just in case we do go to war with them, assuming those medals are made of ferrous metal.

Aidan Campbell16 Apr 2013 11:32 p.m. PST

What are those stars, Good Conduct Medals?

There are just for attendance… they encourage their staff to turn up to work each day, hence the reason the older staff have more!

WarpSpeed17 Apr 2013 5:42 a.m. PST

They get as much bling as the average gi joe,"i reassembled my rifle, found my way home from the px" etc ribbons.

latto6plus217 Apr 2013 6:56 a.m. PST

Not an incentive to excel as a combat diver.

GROSSMAN17 Apr 2013 1:24 p.m. PST

If you look close, the one on the pants reads " I was a good tryer at summer wargames"

Zephyr117 Apr 2013 2:35 p.m. PST

"This is Carlton your doorman"

Chuckaroobob18 Apr 2013 6:14 a.m. PST

Isn't there an old joke about the rest of their medals being on their undershirts?

Spreewaldgurken18 Apr 2013 8:39 a.m. PST

They're not medals. They're coupons.

Exchange each one for a bowl of rice, or a fish (on Tuesdays only).

This shows you that North Korea is going soft. Back in Kim il-Sung's day, they were pinned directly onto the flesh.

Bellbottom18 Apr 2013 9:12 a.m. PST

I thought they were MacDonalds skill badges, Wonald (NK pronunciation) is just out of shot after handing them out
