I have really come to like the 1/48th or so size of figures like Victory Force and Northstar (F&IW). I know that Black Scorpian's cowboys are large, but I am wondering which other manufacturers make similar sized figures.

I believe the Northstar F&IW are done by Mike Owen of Artizan Designs. You might have a look at some of their Old West offerings. Brigade Games has them in the US.

Reaper has a fairly good sized group of western minis. They may tend to be on the larger side of the larger side though.

Remember when they were called "big 25's"?, before they started to call them 28mm. Now it is "big 28's" in so many words. You are not helping!…

Haha, good point. But really, 1/48 th is such a perfect scale.

EM4's are on a par with Black Scorpion size-wise
