"Excellent goods and service from SHQ" Topic

I just made my first purchase from SHQ and it was a good experience all around. I had a problem with the cart, but they quickly replied to my email and the order was completed with no other issues.

Like many who post here I was a bit leery ordering products that didn't have pictures on the site, but the products I bought (some 20mm stowage items, Brit tank commanders, and Brit sappers) were excellent. The figures are excellent castings, with no flash and almost no mould lines.

I'm a happy customer and will order again from them!

I made my 20th or so and it turned round in a marvellous 48 hours; I presume as a 'deck clearing' due to Salute. They have tended to average 2 weeks in the UK. Incidentally, I have never had a wrong, incomplete or missing item from them, so perhaps slower is better.

I've ordered from SHQ a lot over the years and always had great service. I tend to phone orders through and the chaps are always helpful and up for a natter. Never had a single problem with any of my orders as well. Now if only they'd do some winter Germans and Soviets in greatcoats I'd be a very happy man.

I recently put in an order from them and was pleased, despite the ocean seperating us. they have lots of stuff no one else does (like T-50's)

I have just placed my first order, as for the problem with the cart – Is it that the last item in the cart "falls out" when moving through to Paypal?

The cart lost all of the items except the first one. No idea how that happens, but a quick email to SHQ got the order squared away.
