Hi again, our narrative campaign closes with this blocking action near the feuding villages of Borrento and Carpaccia. Lots of yummy piccies and unlikely economic details about the area. Click on the link to be transported to Italy in 1809

Thanks for sharing an excellent report. I particularly liked the comments about war gamer habits i.e
."the obession for filling empty spaces." Equisitelty painted figures on very nice terrain. A most enjoyable read and soak in the eye candy; well done. P.S. the hills/mountaind look really good. Are they foam and what did you use to shape and terrain them? |

hi Ironduke, very pleased you enjoyed the words and piccies. The hills are custom made for us by TSS, we basically got a ridge system about 26 feet long made for us. It works in many configurations and is one of the best club buys we have ever made – we use it a lot. Hills are very big in real life yet many wargames feature only disappointing grassy knolls. This seemed like a good solution for the big table. |
