Hi All, Per the subject, I'm looking for a 28mm cave(rn) mouth. Set into the side of a hill, I guess? Preferably with green static grass flocking. Does anybody make such a thing? Thanks much, Legion |

Simple enough to scratch build, surely? |

I think there are about 50 pages of pirate toys on ebay. You can probably find something there. |

What about railroad scenery? Scotia Grendel also has a couple of elaborate cave/dungeon/etc. entrances. |

I was going to suggest Grendel, too. |

Armorcast has one. At $33 USD, not cheap, but they do a nice job. And yes, you will have to paint it yourself

If you don't object to a little work try using a reptile shelter from a pet store. Ebay example here auction Or if you play 40K auction |

firstvarty1979- I'm pretty sure that is supposed to be a tent made of bones and fur. |

A cave is going to be in a hillside/cliffside, otherwise it's going to look silly. Best way to DIY I've seen so far is : TMP link Otherwise you're probably going to need to get it specially commissioned. |

Well, they call it a "Troll Cave", now if you think it looks more like a tent, you can use it at that! |

Here's a nice one for under six sterling sold as a terrarium cave. link There are a dozen more variations in size and appearance from the same site. If you are in the US, just search google images for "reptile terrain cave" and you'll find plenty of options, cheap. |

Buff, Chick: those are really neat! Thanks for sharing! They would be perfect, if they are the correct scale, but with caves, "close", is good enough. Here are some listings I found on Amazon.com, prices, and quality, vary: link Spendy, but multi-level, flat, perfect for mini's gaming! link Granite, with foliage. link Human face entrance, Olmec? link Serpent head, Aztec style? link No cave, but an interesting rock formation for the tabletop. link Multi-level on the outside, and a cave entrance: could make a fantastic piece of terrain for a humanoid race to defend the entrance to their underground lair. link Another gorgeous cave piece, with complex structures without. link Nice, basic cave, inexpensive. Cheers! |

The tunnel for HO railroad should work, they make a cheap one out of foam. Lee |
