Snappy Nappy Napoleonic rules

Snappy Nappy author Russ Lockwood will be at Snappy Nappy Day at Time Machine Hobby in Manchester, CT (just east of Hartford) on April 20, 2013 for a multi-player, multi-table 1813 wargame hosted and umpired by Peter Anderson. Doors open at 10am, wargame starts at 11am, and the game concludes at 5pm. 28mm corps per player will be provided, although you can bring your own troops -- coordinate with Peter through his blog:

Besides crossing multiple tables (not next to each other), Peter is spinning direction orientation of each table for great fog of war. Peter has also set aside some corps for those that can come by in the afternoon.

Russ is bringing some free Napoleonic goodies for players, so come in and stop by. He can also talk about the origins of Snappy Nappy, the late MagWeb, the late Wally Simon, Secrets of Wargame Design, and more. TMH will have plenty of copies of SN available.

For even more info about the rules, visit the Snappy Nappy Yahoo Group (search for phrase Snappy Nappy -- you'll see the "Picasso cover). Great resource!

If you're in the area, TMH is the place to be on April 20!

Really looking forward to the AAR from this event! Sooo wish I could be there!

As noted, we can still easily accommodate additional players – we have roughly ten at present, and the nature of the rules and scenario means the more the merrier! Just let me know at least 1-2 days in advance.

I should mention that at least six other members of the Hartford Area Historical Gaming Society will be providing troops along with myself.
