Andy Robertshaw author, historian and TV personality was in my hometown last night on part of his Canadian Lecture tour. His talk was on the difference between our perception of what WW1 was like and the reality. He raised some interesting points that I had not previously read about. Well worth catching if he comes to a location near you. His web site: andyrobertshaw.com Cliff |
