I am looking for open top LVTs for 1944-1945 I really don't want to mess with plastic kits if I have too, can anyone point me in the right direction.

But at this price I think I'd overcome my dislike for plastic kits!

What, you weren't happy with our replies to your previous query? Regardless, an acknowledge of some sort would have been appreciated.

Seems to be something of a trend though… Okinawa civilians, nationalist Chinese… any of this ring a bell?

What's up with asking a question then not acknowledging the responses?

Egads.

Sorry but my son is a week old and I'm tryin to learn how to cope with a four year old and a new born. So I do thank everyone for their help it just been hard to sit down and bang away at the computer plus my Wife had a C-section so I'm helping her as well.

Congrats! It don't get any easier! You just get used to it all!
I was in the same boat 14 months ago……….hobbies are just getting going again!

On topic the Frontline LVT's are great- they do a waterline version too……

Ya, tough time guy, keep askin' and we'll keep helping and in 18-30 years things will settle down….although my eldest came back home at 31….grandson makes it sooooo much easier to paint….

Makes sense you don't have time to assemble plastics, which really are cheaper, but they do take time to put together.
