I had a chance to see them last week at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco. Very cool. Time for a HotT army? Does anyone make the Terracotta Warriors in 6mm or 15mm? How about any Qin (Chin) dynasty figures? Thanks

Wouldn't they be normal figures painted a reddish brown? |

The Terracotta Warriors were originally painted in realistic colours anyway

You might look into Arcane Legions, the Han faction has terracoat warriors in 1/72(IIRC). You can pick them up for cheap on Miniature Market. |

Irregular makes some Chinese figs in 6mm, but I've never seen them (in pics or in person) so they might be great or they might be not-so-great, and they might or might not match up to the terracotta warriors well. They're very nice about ordering samples, though, so it might be worth picking some up to see. Doug |

Anyone know where you can buy Essex in the US? They ship to the US, but it's pricey. |

Most modern 'Han Chinese' ranges will be based on the terracotta army. |

I built my Qin army in 15mm scale with Black Hat Miniatures:
