Buy the cheap Airfix kit of the LVT-4, then fill in with a couple Dragon brand LVT-A1 and LVT-A4.

At Luke Avondale Shipyards there are plans pending for the manufacturing of LVT's from the WWII to the Vietnam eras. Production will be in scales from 1:36 to 1:100. These models will be custom made using hard woods with some tracked and some being waterline in construction.
See – lukeavondaleshipyards.net for current models.
