Saw an advert for these but there was nothing on the Red Star website. Anyone know when they will be released?
Thanks
Dennis

Not sure on the exact release date, but my order is in, and the greens look spectacular. I expect to have some in stock after Salute (April 20).

Anyone have a link so as to see what they look like?

Picked a load up at Salute ….. really really nice figures. God animation and seperate heads give some nice variations.

Pig Iron have just released these although I'm sure these will also come from Red Star. Certainly a range of heads will allow for conversions as French hats, especially the beret are thin on the ground. Am I right in saying that Empress Miniatures will be selling these in the UK?

Hope so, one diorama with these guys spilling out the back of a Warlord games LVT coming up.

I don't have the time or the money right now, sadly.

I've added a walk – through of how I've painted the French paras; they'll not win any prizes but I think they've came out canny. Using washes on these figures really brings out the details and saves a lot of time: Here's the link: jacobiteirish.blogspot.co.uk
cheers Pete

Thanks for the comments about the figures; the figures pretty well paint themselves the're so well done. I've added a couple of more pics of a couple or Red star figures next to a Bolt Action M8 Greyhound if anyone's want to take a look here's the link: jacobiteirish.blogspot.co.uk

cheers Pete
