What is a fair fee to charge for selling stuff at a Bring & Buy? We want to charge some fee as all money raised (100%) is going to charity but we don't want the fee to high to discourage sales.

At PAW we charge 10% and our stall is always busy

10% seems to be the norm and feels about right.

I can't say I've ever seen it either higher or lower than 10% – it's pretty much de rigeur.

We do a silent auction each year and charge 10% (minimum of $2 USD, rounded up) per item. We did 15% one year--no major complaints but more hassle to calculate the net remit. We also require bids in increments of $1. USD

SELWG run the B&B at Salute each year (quick plug – Salute is on the 20th April at ExCeL London) and charge 10%. I think that's pretty much de rigeur.

Don't forget to cherry pick and hide the best items, and make sure that any items stolen are brushed aside with a 'hard luck, its placed at owners risk' comment to their poor owners.

Above all, never forget that you're doing everyone a big favour by offering such a service and expect eternal gratitude.

Carronade (Falkirk Wargames club) do a £2.00 GBP/hour per table as a variation on the norm. You man the tables yourself, but seems to work for them.

Typically in the US flea market tables are sold for a set price for the time. For example, most HMGS cons do something like $20 USD for 4 hours, with two four hour shifts per day. If you want the table for one shift, it's $20. USD If you want if for the whole day, it's $40. USD

10% at Reveille

Some B&Bs have an up front booking in fee as well, usually 10-20p (about 15-30 cents?) per item

After a day on the B&B anything else is too hard to work out.
