What's this mini?
Little help please, I purchased this fellow probably six years ago and I don't remember what line he's from. I don't generally purchase from a lot of different manufacturers and I've already skimmed through the online catalogs for Brigade models and Foundry, no luck. I'd like to purchase more from this line, whatever it is, so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

It really does look like Foundry to me – I'm wondering if it was one of the models that went by the wayside when their packs shrank from 8 figures to 6?

Definitely Foundry, but not able to identify him beyond that.
