Lovely game report, a fine battle, and LOTS of manuever !

Very cool! I'm curious as to who made the Cavalry? I liked the conversions. Sadly, there aren't any decent Mounted or foot colonial Arabs other than Esci and Airfix.

I'm also doing FFL in 1/72 and 20mm. I have some B&B figs.

Thanks,

John

Many thanks to you all

For the cavalry, you can use the strelets series :

I like the basing .. very evocative and sandy.

Maxim7505 Apr 2013 4:08 a.m. PST

it's sand from Morocco !

I think the camel mounted arabs fighters are HaT Taaishi Camelry. The turcos are Emhar Zouaves. I don't recognise the Chasseurs d'Afrique or the FFL artillery crew.

Russian field artillery set for the FFL guns – that's a good leap of imagination, I am impressed. I have ordered a box to paint up.

Couldn't you use Strelet's Crimean French artillery for the gunners?

Thanks,

John
