After a bricks and mortar store with a website and mail order service (that I shall refrain from naming and shaming here) let me down by taking weeks to give me a quote for a couple of KR Multicases not listed on their site, then completely failed to answer my emails and phone calls asking them to take over £100.00 GBP from me, I contacted The Troll Trader on ebay who were fantastic. I got a really good price on the items I wanted, fast responses to messages asking about specific details, and a really quick delivery, despite the bank holidays. I firmly believe that, in these difficult times, people who offer competitive service matched with a friendly, helpful and professional response deserve a thumbs up in a hobby where all too often we put up with awful service, so give them a try if you need something! :O) |

I've bought from the Troll Trader a number of times and always had excellent service. The one time there was a problem (with the contents of sealed product, no fault of the seller's) they got it sorted for me swiftly & professionally. Highly recommended. |

Yup, same here, top service from a top trader. I once had a problem, sorted quickly with no fuss and at quite an expense
