Hi Oli, that's some Italian wars collection you're amassing, i wish I could paint half as fast. iread on another post that you have a link to the personal standard of Louis Tremouille if you wouldn't mind sharing it with me I'll send you French set at Fornovo when it's done? Also does anyone know when Trivulzio became a member of the Order of St. Michael? cheers Pete |

Great army. Now, let's entertain the army by throwing some chestnuts on the floor. James |

I like the reference to Alexander VIs nocturnal activities James! Pete I have emailed some pictures of French flags to your yahoo email address (actually twice by accident). In reference to Trivulzio and the Order of St Michael the Lance and Longbow book on Marignano doesn't mention anything about Gian Giacomo Trivulzio being in it but does mention that his nephew or cousin Theodoro Trivulzio, who also later became marshal of France and was at Agnadello, Ravenna, Marignano, Bicocca and Pavia was made a knight of St Michael in 1509? Confusingly it says they had the same arms although Theodoros may have had a border to differentiate? Does this help at all |

So very cool-looking and also much more historically correct than the HBO TV series! |
