Very good. Like you said I would go back and lighten the faces a bit. Othwerwise I think they are fine.

I'm tempted to try some of these just to see how I can alter them into completely different poses. And curious how they paint up.

I think lightening the faces would be a slippery slope, I'd then *just* want to add a highlight to the jackets and trousers and before you'd know it my quick and dirty project would be bogged down in detail.
:)

They painted up very easily, especially when dipped. And like all plastics the posing is very variable.
