I've recently started painting a Chilean Army for the War of the Pacific.

Not being very good at freehand painting I asked Stuart if there was any chance of him producing some flags for this very obscure war. I included a couple of examples in my email and with a day or so he said no probs and within another day or two he was emailing me an example asking if this was ok!

I now have a big pile of extremely nice flags waiting on the figures to be varnished….

In itself this is really good customer service, but what raises it above the bar is that because it isn't a popular war he won't sell these in huge numbers, but he was still happy to do produce them…

I have some other of his flags, both paper and material and I don't think I would want to use another manufacturer again, great flags and a great service…..

Cheers!

Tim
