Put in an equally good terrain, I bet they would look real!
Lovely job!

Lovely work. I especially like what you did with the antenna and stowage.

Just spent a few minutes on your blog, and the tanks all look superb. I love the variety in stowage on each vehicle – no two tanks the same. Is thst Black Dog stowage you are using please?

Cheers

Seriously good looking American armour. Quality resin from Milicast and exquisite AB figures.
Sensational combination, beautifully done.

20mm modelling you can`t beat it !

Incidently, can you give a few more details on the vehicles with the red markings. A colour contrast is a great way to make the models more interesting.

I suppose you mean "U.S. armor."

Colonials can't spell !!!!!

Jabo – I have used decals from a set put together by Bison on Shermans in Normandy. They use British pathe film and photos as their guide – real vehicles. I have taken a bit of liberty in which model of sherman get some of the decals. Having said that the dozen decals were applied faithfully.

1815 – the stowage is Goffy mainly for the resin – may be some Lack Dog but I can't find any of their boxes here so not sure. Also some SHQ metal and some home made with putty.

And don – no I meant it how I spelt it :).

Great looking tank…what are those holes on the gun mantle? They look like penetrating hits but if that were the case that tank would not be operational…

Other countries may have "armour," but the US has "armor."

Skarper02 Apr 2013 1:10 p.m. PST

I prefer amour – always have!

Lion in the Stars02 Apr 2013 6:49 p.m. PST

Yes, but sometimes you need to wear armor to get the amour! :P

I love how you made every tank individual with the stowage. I'm going to have to work on that for my tanks.
