this may be something Russ from OG can address, or it may be that other manufacturers have ladders available in separate packs. the Blue Moon/OG storming party for the Mexicans includes 6 ladder carriers and 9 climbers and 3 ladders. That is enough to have EITHER ladders carried or climbed. But I like to have both, so I can switch off the carrying parties and replace with assaulting climbers when a column reaches a wall. Also, of course, the garrison needs a lot of ladders inside; all those Texians on rooftops! So I'd like to be able to get extra ladders, preferably to match the OG ones -- but if anyone else makes ladders separately, they might do as well. |

Old glory has a pack of seige ladders in 25mm. Maybe they could be cut down for 15mm. |

Ask Old Glory if they can price them separate for you. I have done this numerous times and have always gotten a fair deal on what I wanted. Their customer service is first class. VR James Mattes |

I concur with James. Old Glory has bent over backward to accomodate several special requests for separate figures from me in the past. |

I've built lots of siege ladders for LotR. It was a bummer when I decided my Minas Tirith walls really needed to be an inch higher than my Helm's Deep walls -- no army surplus for servants of evil, I guess. I like GW's design -- although they look awkward, they're set up so you can wedge a figure's base into the rungs (if where you are on the ladder becomes important). I just use the plastic white Evergreen Scale Model sticks available at the FLGS, a strong plastic bond glue, and go to town. They come together remarkably quickly. |

Some time back we made a change in the packaging of that code to include nine ladders -- if you need ladders from an earlier purchased packs just let us know. Also, we will sell seperate ladders for those who want more. Regards Russ Dunaway |

Thanks, Russ, that's excellent. I'll be in touch. |
