Forgive me if this is an inappropriate place to have this discussion. For now I'm just gaging interest.

The Caesar Miniatures "Adventurers" set includes more figures than what you get in the box. Rather than buy multiple boxes to get the figures I don't have, I've been thinking that trading for the extras would be ideal, if I could find a way to do it, and anyone who would be interested. Since this set has come up a few times recently on these boards, I thought I'd ask here.

I've got multiples of the Gandalf wizard (third row first column of this photo: link ), the knight (second row third column), the sword-wielding barbarian (not shown), the female rogue (second row first column), the two sorceresses (third row second column, third row third column), and two of the sword-wielding adventurer sculpts (first row third column, third row fourth column). I don't have the other sword-wielding adventurer (second row second column), the male ranger (first row second column), or the female warrior (second row fourth column), so those would be the ones I'm interested in. I also have the other Caesar fantasy sets, including two of the undead, so I could trade those as well. I'm American, so this would probably only work with other Americans for shipping purposes.

Any interest?

I have a the same issue. I would only need 1 of each pose. My plans are to paint up my excess figures and auction them on eBay, Possibly with additional figures from Orion's Vikings and Gladiators sets. The two Orion sets are basically fantasy sets and have inaccurate armor and weapons, but make terrific fantasy adventurers.

Alas, I don't have any of the figures that you are also missing. In a second set that I purchased I found all of the same figures again with no variation. I wonder if the random figures were only produced in some sets?

If you're right, that some of the random figures were limited production, then that'd be too bad. Anyone able to prove rvandusen wrong?

As far as I know they are random, but not limited run.
I just ordered a set so I will take a look at what I have and get back to you if a trade can be in the works.

Great, looking forward to hearing from you! I'll have to think of what a safe and fair means of making the trade might be. Any ideas?

Looks like my order omits the figures you seek.

Bumping the thread to see if there is any other interest. (Thanks for looking into the possibility, gg)

Have you tried contacting the company with your request? It will only cost you a few minutes of your time. Cheers!

True enough. I was at least considering asking them if the figures I'm missing are even in production, since it seems I'm not the only one missing them.
