A Plano 5230 is a great storage and transport system for some X-Wing players.

But large fleets require bigger solutions!

And named pilots of Red Squadron deserve their proper ships!

Got to love the 17 compartment Stack-On boxes! I have four. And that Red Squadron. Very intimidating. But were is Red Fox?

Thanks for pointing out those Stack Ons in your earlier post on the subject -- they're great!

At some point I'll have to add Red Fox and Red Buttons for the generic Red Sqaudron Pilots ^,^

It may will be awhile til I have a gaming budget to acquire more X-Wings. (Thank you sequestration budget cuts and layoffs in the family, grr.)

Meanwhile, I have one factory X-WIng still to paint. Will likely do that as the 4th one for Green Squadron to round out their flight.

Loving the schedule for all day at Table 1! Wish I was there!

Nice blog and storage solution. I was going with KR now that the MF/FireSpray tray is out. Wonder what the cost differential for the duffle bag and plano trays is, KR case holding everything is $50 USD shipped.

TekSport 24 x 12 x 12 bag = $18 USD

Can hold up to (4) 2.5" deep Stack-ons $7 USD each/ $28 USD total
23-24 fighter capacity each.

And a 2" deep Plano 3750 = $8 USD
(or probably can squeeze in a 5th Stack-On)

And room for 2 lunch boxes $7 USD each / $14 USD total

Grand Total = $68 USD
Carrying capacity 92-96 small fighters, 2 YT-1300's, 3 Firespray-31's

And still room left for carrying snacks : 3

Great thanks!

Much greater capacity for the money for sure and one can't over look room for snacks from home!!

I don't think I'll ever need that much capacity though. May go over and get a Stack on and a plano. Actually I already have a couple of Stack ons but they are filled with unpainted lead!
