Has anyone tried this? How are you basing your troops? Does it play well?

Try the link from the Impetus main page – voluminous discussions in the Forum about how best to base in all scales.

Have not played the Baroque version – really enjoy the full version of impetus for DA and Medievals.

It is my favorite rules for Ancients. I am looking around for rules in the Ecw and Wss periods thought I might give Impetus a go.

The full version of Baroque should be out soon, the basic game plays really nicely if your looking for a fun quick game
