Who makes these besides Pico?
I am looking for anyone including Shapeways.

I have some sci-fi stuff on Shapeways, but I think PicoArmor is your best bet, otherwise. I haven't seen much besides them in this genre.

Tumbling Dice have a large range of aircraft and some vehicles and infantry. All WWII I think.

Yep, TD, OO (Pico), and Skytrex all produce some aircraft, and other stuff.

The Skytrex planes are rather expensive compared to the other two manufacturers, but are very nicely sculpted.

All my moderns (Arab-Israeli Wars and Falklands) are Tumbling Dice, but I do have Vietnam helos from Pico. Both companies do nice work.

You can find 1/600 aircraft on Shapeways. Not sure about vehicles, etc.

I mix Tumbling Dice aircraft with O8 (Pico is a dealer for them not the maker as stated by Mako11) miniatures.
Furthermore I have some Skytrex ships and boats to go along with them and some Airfix ships as well.
At last I purchased some Swift Boats and pontoons via Shapeways.

You will find a number of 1/600 planes on Shapeways. If you are interested in Vietnam specifically, one gentleman produces a number of 1/600 and 1/700 scale riverines. They are the only ones I could find. Use the search term "1/600".
