It looks like an "Angels 20" expansion. I assume the rules have stayed the same. I think they have a couple of interesting new planes in this release.

The planes are 1/100, and they are consistent.

For what it is worth, I like Angels 20, and plan to buy some Bandits High. I also use the planes in FOW (I am one of the curmudgeons that believe planes in FOW should be in 1/100 scale)

I bought a bunch of these for Pacific gaming. Lots of fun – especially if you use the telescoping flight stands from Cor-Sec. Just need to get some 1/100th Bettys and Mitchells for target practice.
