Bravo 6 over on the Fields of Fire Reloaded site posted a link to MecModels' new 1/72nd scale decals for Vietnam vehicles. There is sheet for gun trucks, one for M113's and two for various vehicles. They also have commercial signs for 1/35th scale, some of which will work for 28mm and 20mm.
