There will be a HOTT LOTR 'The Battle of the Five Armies' spectacular participation game. I will be helping to run a couple of Flames of War games on the Saturday, one a large demonstration game, and a smaller participation game based around the Open Fire Introductory pack.

Also heaps of other, um, magic and fantasy type games and stuff….

All the best for the show. Your facebook page is packed with useful information, but as Bluewillow says, the link above doesn't seem to be working.

So it's all about wargames, boardgames, RPGs and what-not? Excellent, hope it's a success. How many people do you expect through the door?

Apologies gents, have pasted it in again.

Last year we counted 71, but that was the first one, so, fingers crossed…

Dates are 30th-31st March, but I would strongly recommend popping in on the Saturday to see the show at its best…

I won't give times, as they are something of a fluid concept on campus…I expect most gamers will start vaguely wondering about coming in round about 10:00ish, and so roll up about 11:00ish…

Personally, if we can recruit just one reasonably keen historical wargamer that will tip over the balance into creating a solid regular cadre of historical wargamers so that you could get a Historical Figure game every Thursday – currently we have about 4 regular players…

Looking forward to this. Hopefully we'll drum up some interest in our neck of the woods but even if it's quiet it's still a full weekend of wargaming. Pity we don't have more events on the calendar in NSW but they depend on participant support.
