Is Vallejo German Yellow 806 a good match for German armor 43 and after?

No, VMC 806 is a pale lemon yellow color. For post '43 German armor you should look at VMC 882 (Middlestone), VMC 914 (Green Ochre), or VMC 824 (German Camo Orange Ochre).

I use tamya dunkelgelb / dark yellow which is perfect!

I actually use Vallejo Dark Yellow. It's a bit too dark, but lightens up with the drybrushing, etc. so doesn't look bad.
