Several weeks ago I got several 15mm building kits, by 4ground, from my FLGS (The Game Chamber in London Ontario), the first three went together easily enough, when I got to the fourth kit I noticed there was a hole in the bag and a piece had fallen out. I made a quick call to my FLGS, to see if it was in the box the order came in, it weren't and they didn't have another kit in stock, but they offered me piece of Balsa wood to make a replacement piece, the missing piece was a interior roof support which no one would see, I declined saying I had big enough scrap pieces to make one. I didn't want to scratch-build if I didn't have to so I contacted the company and next day (17th February) they said they would sent a replacement piece, it showed up today (March 11th).

That is my experience also, swift and polite customer service.

Those are really neat buildings. Prepainted or do you have to paint them after assembly?

The kits come in both flavours, prepainted and not prepainted, obviously the prepainted are more expensive.
