Intriguing design. I like it!

Looks good as do your other sculpts

Excellent – I want a squad.

Look good!

I dunno. The sculpts are certainly very nice and the shoulder pads are unusual, but apart from the heads IMHO there's nothing alien about them. Switch out the heads and they're just another type of SF trooper in body armour. Sorry, but you asked.

They look fine.

While they not be the most weird and wacky aliens, they are fine for your basic military scifi gaming where having recognizable combat poses and guns is an advantage.

Thanks all.
I'm still making some tests. However I have one non-humanoid almost ready for the "stealth" squad. Just need to have some of his "legs" cast to see how many of them he will have. :D

Liking everything bar the head, just doesn't scream alien to me, although this is a purely personal opinion. Might seperate heads be an option with various options be an option.

That said the armour, waepon and overall stance and pose are stunning and would buy a force if they become available. For me totally enclosed helmets with optic array are cool.

Interested in these in 28mm and hopefully (hint) 15mm, how would we go about ordering if they are able to go ahead?

Here's a painted version:

I dig the head and the pseudo-human body.

Gotta pitch in with questioning the shoulder pads. I never understood why someone would put more armour on their shoulders than their groin. The fact that they are so difficult to model and sculpt with makes me wonder how awkward they would be for combat, especially as arm mobility is a big priority.

PF 200926 Mar 2013 9:10 a.m. PST

Not sure those guys will ever be released but if so the shoulder-pads would be separate.
Otherwise, think of them as samurai shoulder-pads or that I'm not even trying to make something realistic with aliens in armors. :D

It would be very sad if they never get released. Even as a guy who's been ranting about the (silly) shoulder pads, if it helps getting them to market to have integral pads then I can take it over not getting any of these at all.
