Olicana, agree with your blog comments. You have painted and arranged these figures in a masterful way, making them seem more dynamic than they are and obscuring the lack of variety in the horses in particular. I like TAG and appreciate your review.

I like the coloured shields were they more common than plain ones?

Who knows? I have one or two pictures showing geometric 'heraldic stylie' patterns.

Thanks I might do another unit with them.

Nicely done again!

Are you planning to put pennons on the lances?

And thanks for linking again to the tip on how to use multiple kinds of flags on the same figures.

Nice painting, well done.
I see in the in the printing posted that one of the figures has an horizantal striped coat. Did you consider that to give even more visual variety?

Probably, not.

I did but, these will not be my last units of Stradiots, I plan to do another three units, giving me 7 units (56 figs) total. There were thousands at Agnello 1509. I'll probably buy two unit packs from TAG, so I'll do it then and add them to the 'mix'.

Wow! Love it!

Beautifully painted – but that horse that seems to be going into reverse grates upon me. Don't the Perries do a couple of packs of Stradiots? Have you tried them?
