A WIP car park for use with our 6 x 6 inch modular road systems. It's based on 28mm figure scales.

It can be made small, or large, your choice.

Cheers for looking.

Bill it as Richard III's burial place, and you can charge more for it :)

Haha I like the sound of that :P

Something wrong with the picture.
There are non-occupied handicap parking spaces and the only car in the lot isn't parked on either!

Based on my experiences this doesn't happen in real life.

It needs grocery carts tha the wind blows into the cars.

It looks great!

If the only car isn't on the disabled space then it should be parked as a slight angle taking up 2 spaces. :-)

I like the single parent spaces. Great comment on the social state of families today.

But seriously, great modular system. One tiny criticism ….somethin doesn't look right where the blank piece joins the road junction piece at the entrance.

Couple of possible contructive suggestions.
1) Add a little yellow bar to cap of the end of the double yellows.
2) maybe a small island to seperate the in and out traffic with arrows on the tarmac either side.
3) or a dividing white line and a turn left arrow in and one for the out.
4) Giveway marking triangle?

Just think it could do with something to make that joint look mor natural…but awesome work!

It's a Britih style car park so I guess you mean shopping trolleys!

Haha cheers for all the comments guys! Next time I photograph it I'll remember to park int eh disabled parking (or take up two normal spaces).

I still need to put arrows on there. Maybe ones people can stick on themselves, not sure, what do you all think? At least that way it will work for driving on the left or right (depending on your country).

Badwargamer: The blank piece doesn't actually go with the car park set. It's from another thing I've been working on, hence why it looks odd. I just needed something to fill the empty space :P I was trying to think of something to go in there, so I shall see what I can do with your suggestions :)

As for the parent parking spaces, it's supposed to be those "people with children" spaces which they introduced back in the 90s (i think)to aid people who have prams/buggies/push chairs (whatever you want to call them!).

Cool…I was actually trying to be constructive for a change!!
