link Has anyone read this? Any decent? Can't seem to find much on the book, but it appears to be rather lengthy. I take it the book covers post-1859 Franco-Austrian War thru to Franco Prussian? Thanks! |

Interesting find. I have never heard of it. Perhaps posing the question on the Blood and Iron forum on Yahoo will yield results (if nothing comes of it here). |

I'm almost done with it (currently at Sedan in 1870) and I think it's a very good book. I'm glad I added it to my 19th century collection. For the Franco-Prussian War section it's one of the most balanced, albeit 50,000 foot level, accounts of the war. |
