You know, the thing about there being multiple Victorias (due to some doppleganger shenanigans) is a well-established joke in Malifaux, with two of them starting on the table and more spawning sometimes from disguised ronin and her sister now and then. But this – this is getting ridiculous:

Look at "V.H." there and tell me that's not a scifi/supers version of Vickie. It was bad enough when they were just the Avatar of Slaughter – now there are at least THREE of them, and they can time travel and jump to other game systems. Madness!

I won't even speculate on the possibility that War Machine's Victoria Haley (V. H. again?) is related to them – which would mean Deneghra is also one of them, since they're twins. Or quintuplets. Whatever. :)

I thought they were supposed to be nods to Jenn Haley and Victoria Lamb

Yes, but conspiracy theories are more fun. At least I'm not suggesting it's tied in to NASA faking the Mars rover footage. :)

I don't know where the link was supposed to take me, but what I got was a VERY short article about Pulp City previews.

The OP was referring to the first photo on that page, captioned "V.H.":

Frack, that does look like the Viktoria, Blade Mistress from Malifaux.

Does, doesn't it?

Except for the haircut the figurine is rather 'generic' – reminds me more of Kate 'Selene' Beckinsale:
