Very pretty, the canopies are really good. Keep up the good work always glad to see another victim of the "Airhead Bug". ;-p Fatman Oh and good luck with the upcoming nuptials, married life only hurts for the first twenty years. After that you are too lifeless to feel anything! |

Stunning models. The shading, lines and cockpit glass are very well done. France '40 has always been one of my favorite campaigns of World War II. The French aircraft are fun to fly. Reading your blog, glad you still have your eyebrows. Although written for "Check Your 6!" rules you might find information in this scenario book on air combat in France, May-June, 1940 useful for game ideas and history. link Couple of spots I found where it is for sale: auction and link |

Have you done the black and white underneath surface on the Hurricanes? Beautiful paintjobs BTW. |

Thanks for the comments guys. Oddball: I do have the Days of Glory scenario book, as well as the Battle of Britain one. They are both superb, and the scenarios are adapted to BTH2 very easily indeed. DB: The Hurris have the Sky 'S' / Black underwing identification pattern. As far as the canopies go, I actually stole the idea from on here. The paint 'recipe' i use is as follows- Base: 50%/50% VMC Royal Blue and Foundry French Blue B Midtone: VMC Andrea Blue Highlight: 50%/50% VMC Andrea Blue and White. |
