One of the greatest things on TMP is the inspiration you get from other people. A while ago there was the future noir thread(s) TMP link I was inspired by that to a) purchase The Department and b) do something similar. I did b) first, because I figured that I couldn't lose with a). It turned out quite well:
Unfortunately, I did lose with a). I found the Department not to my taste. At least I have some terrain for some other pulp system. . . Anyway, all is not lost. Because some people no doubt love either the Department or noir and I've already done the work, the quick and easy buildings are available as a free download. If you can assemble a box, you can assemble the buildings. As a special bonus to those that like The Department, there's also crowd markers. The full bumf has more pictures plus links to the files. |

I really like the looks of your street scenes. As you did, I also got into "The Department" rules and even purchased the 15mm figs
but that's all I've done so far. I appreciate your efforts and will download those buildings. very sorry to hear about all of your misfortunes
flood, sickness and computer melt down
hope things turn around for you. Joe

Byuuuutiful. Really can't make noir scenes without crossing bridge. |

Glad to hear you are feeling better. Pneumonia is nothing to play around with; it will kill you, as I almost found out a few years ago. Hope things get turned around for you, and BTW, very nice work on the buildings. Like Joep I bought the Department rules and figures, but have done nothing else with it. BWW |
