Let me say right from the start that I do not want any recommendations for either Warflag or that Danish site that copies them.
The kindest reason is that I cannot get my computer to talk to my printer, so…

I have an odd flag request here.
I store my painted figures in Sterilite 3-tray storage unit… thingies.
I usually use "Flags for the Lads" for my AWI flags.
The problem is that, when I put these flags on 28mm figures, I cannot close the drawer! The staff has to be tool tall to accomodate the flag, and the flag finial is too tall to close the drawer.

This is one of the dumber requests, but I am looking for high quality flags that will fit into my preferree st0rage unit.

I am laying them down in the drawers, but the center of gravity sometimes makes them stand up, and if someone not familiar with thiw alleged "problem" helps me put them away after a game…

Why not mount the flags into brass rods that you can remove the flag pole from? I did this with all my 40mm stuff for the same reason. I have also seen guys use micro magnets and drill them into the figures in 28mm.

So you insist on buying commercial flags? Okey-dokey, I'm not morally opposed.

Musket Miniatures just announced in the TMP Marketplace that they've aquired all of Orv Banasik's flag sheets:

I bought a few of these, and recommend them. As I recall Orv's 25mm flags are average size for the scale. Try out one or two of his AWI sheets.

Cotton Jim's Flags? Good price and good size.
For my Flag Dude stuff, I pull the flag before putting in my Sterlite storage. The probablem I have is the lances for my mounted Normans.

Vojvoda's solution might work. Check out olicanalad's blogspot -- he does that with Italian mercenaries so he can change the flags.

OFM you are a diva and deserve proper recognition for that, but, just store them in a deeper container if you like the flags.

BTW, I am into my 5th beer as a light weight and you should ingnore everything that I say…if you don't already.

Thank you and goodnight
