Do what my players did-set up a Special Forces Base Camp and FireBase around the Stargate.

Great stuff! Very nice job on the photos, as well. I would love to play Stargate, but alas, my game group just will not try it. I have put on SG scenarios at conventions for 8 years using a modified D20 system. Too bad Newcastle is so far away from me. I'd need a personal transport gate to get there.
