Friday evening four of us gathered for a refight of the Battle of Shiloh using our 6mm figures and the "Volley & Bayonet: Road to Glory" rules.

While Shiloh was a bloody two day battle we would be re-fighting it over a single evening and therefore opted to fight only the first day.

I like VnB for mass battles. I actually have a copy of the rules on my dining room table right now.

Looks very professional!

Great!

Have you used the ObB of from the ACW book?

We did use the OOB form the Volley & Bayonet scenario book "Battles of the American Civil War". I have updated the game report with what very minor modifications, or clarifications, to the scenario we made.
