Hi all, I received my copy of the first Napoleon at War Campaign manual last week, looking at the events, armies and scenarios for the 100 days or Waterloo campaign. I've put a review up on my blog if you're interested jjwargames.blogspot.co.uk Jonathan |

I have been playing Napoleon at war for quite some time now with a friend. I along with some friends bought copies at the weekend at salute. My first impressions of it are very good, lots of uniform guides, army lists and some scenarios. This rule set is proving to be very popular with gamers in the Brighton area. To me the rules offer a great feel of tactics during the Napoleonic era, fast paced and easy to complete a game in an evening. I just wish it was advertised better to attract more people to it, I think many folks out there are unaware of this rules system which is a shame. I look forward to the companies future supplements. Thanks for the review. I have the Rules but admit I haven't tried them yet. There has been a heavy focus from them on the 1815 Campaign which is entirely sensible given the 200th Anniversary is now not far off but it doesn't really interest me. Might have to buy this Campaign Manual just to support these guys. Anyone know what their production roadmap looks like for the next Campaigns they will cover? |

Don't know but I will be picking these up at Cold Wars. Common sense would say they go backwards to the 1812-1814 period. You already have French and Prussians so logical guess would say Russians then Austrians following with perhaps some sort of Rheinbund book along the way. Again I am just purely speculating. |

Next supplement is the 1813 book, so all the armies leading up to the 100 Days Campaign will be included. And I agree that these rules are awesome from what I see. I really think they need much more support from the community that exists at the moment. A friend of mine on YouTube has already started posting vids on the rules, and I have set up an open Group on FaceBook. If anyone else knows of any other resources online
post them here on the TMP. :) |

We've been playing the rules for a while now. Good rules, easily learned, not so easy to master, good subtlety and a fun game. Recommended. |
