Wargames illustrated out in the UK today – themed on 1066.

Picked mine up in Smith's (UK) today – the opening article is covering a favourite combination of subjects for me, Hastings, with figures on hex terrain…. nice.

Have to get my copy on subscription as local supply is extremely patchy at best, and I don't like to miss a copy because even if the content doesn't exactly match my current interest… interests change, mine certainly do anyway.

Good article on THE BATTLE OF KUT-AL-AMARA, 1915-16. Must be honest WW1 in Europe, apart from possibly the Eastern Front doesn't 'ring my bell', but the Middle East campaign does.
