Are these two ranges the same figures, or are they different? I can only find painted pics of the former, and unpainted of the latter.

I think that North Star handles all the distribution for Crusader, so I'm thinking the answer is Yes.

They are different.

They are actually different. The NorthStar range is done by Mike Owen (I think), while the Crusader range is Mark Sims.
