I bought a game from this company on the 15th Feb. I have not received anything yet, not had any reply from e-mail and no response from phone calls.
Are they on holiday, gone bust or what.

Should I start to try and claim my money back from Pay Pal?

They are still posting on their facebook page – might be worth PM'ing them there?

You have waited 12 days and you are already talking about claiming your money back from Pay-Pal?

Whatever happened to the 'allow 28 days for delivery' message from the olden days?

I would give any company 14 days before I even thought about contacting them… you have upto a month (it may even be 45 days) to claim a dispute through Pay-pal.

How about being a little bit patient? I am sure that contacting them will happen and everything will get sorted before you feel the need to raising disputes.

Hmmm,

Just on my doorstep and they seem to carry a lot of lines.

I hope you get your stuff soon.

28 days delivery…Old school :)
The wait was torture, but in a nice way.

Delivery time was not so much the issue but it is what prompted my enquirey.

My concern is that they had not responded to my e-mail and they had not answered the phone over a couple of days during work hours (and this is a shop).

I figured some gamer in the Canterbury area would be able to tell me either don't panic or o'dear that unit is empty now!

Furthermore, I was asking a question. Not so much raising a dispute.

As it is, Goober's point that they have an active Facebook gave me hope. They have also now e-mailed me and are waiting from their supplier – so all is well.

It was never my intention to give bad press to the company, but most companies acknowledge receipt of payment (I only had the paypal receipt) and if their is going to be a delay (ie. it is out of stock) it would be helpful to let the customer know.

Anyway all is good now – and I am pleased to see that TMP works well in these situations

OK not so happy now. Telephone number constantly gives engaged tone. No reply to e-mails. Got a response from some other unhappy punter on their facebook page saying he is still owed £85.00 GBP worth of products.

Doesn't sound good – maybe they have gone out of business? and if they haven't – with customer care like this they soon will do.

Now how to recover my money through Paypal?

Rich
